This is now the second of Holcroft's plays I've read, and like her debut, Cockroach, it started off well enough - but then devolved rapidly into weird nonsense - culminating with an onstage Caesarean section, which I am sure NO ONE in the audience really wanted to witness.

Visceral and exciting. A dark look at the extremes that people could theoretically go to in order to avoid losing something important to them.
