Now more than a complete introduction to the business side of physical therapy, the new Second Edition has been greatly expanded to reflect the many legislative, economic, and educational events that have affected the physical therapy profession in recent years. Nineteen new chapters and fifteen fully revised chapters provide an up-to-date, expanded view of the needs of today's and tomorrow's physical therapists. Pros: Has some good information that is, for the most part, explained well with multiple examples for difficult concepts. It is also pretty easy to read, not as dense as other management texts.
Cons: Needs to be proof-read, a surprising thing for a 3rd edition, since there are multiple sentences without a verb, and other fragments that are frustrating. Also, this book cites Wikipedia as a credible source - what's with that?
