One of the most important books you can ever read. I am currently skimming it for a friend to find which supplement it is that helps a person to tolerate bleach. I can't remember. I had two allergists who would not let me have swimming lessons because of the bleach in the pool water. I am still angry about it to this day. My sister was also denied swimming lessons. Mom had already enrolled us and the first day was fabulous. I don't trust allergists very much. They also caused my heart to stop beating and had to inject adrenaline into me to make it start up again. GRRRR.........

They used me for a guinea pig.

The concept of the book is very interesting but at the end of it I found that the execution of the recommended preventive and cleansing techniques is somehow difficult to apply.
Moreover, the names of the plants/herbs mentioned in the book are scientific names; it could be better if the common names are also used.

This book wasn't quite what I expected. It is full of information in a sort of list form- Toxin, causes, cleanses of that toxin, and results. Some of them are unavoidable. One toxin is noise! Makes me laugh.
