Travis Steffen, author of Viral Hero, is a serial entrepreneur with several rapid growth stories and 7 successful exits (and a few crash-and-burn failures) to his name. As a growth engineer by training, he specializes in building products and organizations that grow themselves.
After nearly a decade of running startups, Travis began to adopt a different way of building products by building the viral loops first, then finding product details that fit inside those structures. After seeing this strategy work at the multiple stages in a company's lifecycle, he set a goal to gain a deeper understanding of viral marketing mechanics so he could create a resource to teach founders, executives and growth engineers how to use creative product architecture to grow their companies rapidly and cost-effectively – rather than burning giant piles of cash. The result is Viral Hero, published by Indigo River Press in 2019.
In addition to the main book, readers also get access to the new Viral Hero Workbook, which allows readers to follow along and implement each of the lessons taught throughout the book – ensuring readers won’t just read the book and put it back on the shelf. For those who want to go even deeper still, Travis works with entrepreneurs hands-on through Viral Hero Labs.
Travis currently lives in Los Angeles, and currently serves as the CEO of GrowFlow – an industry-leading, venture-backed suite of software products for cannabis and hemp companies. He is also an investor, advisor, and/or partner in several startups and venture funds.
While in graduate school in 2010, Travis authored Peak Performance Poker (published by DIMAT in 2010) as his graduate thesis, teaching professional and serious amateur poker players how to gain a long-term edge over the competition by treating poker like a professional sport in a variety of ways.

Dont waste your time in this book. First, it is misleading, there are no interviews, just quotes from the top poker players. Secondly, you can summarize the book with the following sentence. “To be focus playing poker you need to be healthy, to be healthy eat healthy, drink water and do exercise. “
Better you pick a book on health. No specific advise for poker players. Thirdly, many mistakes (eg he refers to appendix b but in fact it is appendix c).
Such a waste of time and money!

Nothing unique nor specific to poker here. In summary, get good sleep, eat healthy, stay hydrated, exercise, and you will be at your best - yes sir, I am aware.
