Lots of interesting tips. Some stuff for when your home is actually for sale or soon to be, others are tips for things to start years in advance and would be a good benefit for you as you live there. In general, they really make you think and are good lessons for any homeowner.

Interesting and he included some things that I never would have thought of, like outdoor lighting. I appreciated the tips on how to make improvements that are not outrageously expensive, but can have an impact.

Most of the suggestions in this book we have already figured out on our own over the years, but there are still a few interesting nuggets here. Easy to read, not always easy to accomplish (of course).
