Lots of tips, like the title says. I'd say this book is good for the people who have just been told 'You have Diabetes'. Not too much info and each topic is covered in bite-sized Q&A format, about a page for each Tip. Not a good guide for the 'now what?' but I'd consider it one of the 'intro book to the basics' of Diabetes. It covers a little of food management, weight loss, exercise, health care, Stress and a couple other things newly diagnosed Diabetics would need to know between the diagnosis and the basics class where they'll learn more about diabetes.

Or as a good refresher for people who've had diabetes a while and may have questions again. Either way.
