I loved this book! A new way for educators to view the "disengagement" of the students today--they want more challenging and rigorous instruction!!! It was also fun to read about how my gen-x generation is parenting their young millennials. I confess...I am a stealth parent!!

Good book. I gave a good overview of the different generations and how that relates to learning and working and how education can adjust to maximize learning.
