One of a series of novels based on the TV series "The Rat Patrol", this is an odd read. It seems as if the writer is changing the story every now and then, as if unable to decide what it is he's aiming for. It's reasonably well told, a pleasant diversion, but it is filled with improbable events and plots that seem to fade away. Easy reading, but nothing special.

This is a historical fiction set during the desert campaign during World War II. The Rat Patrol have to figure out what the Germans are up to and stop it.
