In Italian she has published Mani buone per impastare, Blonk, 2014, an award winning collection of short stories and three mystery novelettes with Spanish publisher Difusiòn - Casa delle Lingue - Il drappo scomparso, Il kimono di Madame Butterfly and Barocco Siciliano as well as Un fine settimana a Roma e Un fine settimana a Firenze.
She has contributed articles on wine and tourism to numerous publications in Italy and abroad. In 2010 she published her first book, a creative non-fiction guide to Rome's winebars - Il vino a Roma for Castelvecchi Editore.
In 2011, after travelling across the most important wine counties in Italy, she published her second, creative non-fiction book, Il vino in Italia, Castelvecchi Editore, praised by Corriere della Sera as a "novel on wine".
In 2014 she published a bestselling wine marketing handbook titled Marketing del vino, LSWR (the third edition of which appeared in 2021). In 2015 she published Marketing del gusto, LSWR, with co-author Luciana Squadrilli (second edition in 2022), followed by Marketing dei prodotti enogastronomici all'estero, with Squadrilli and Lauretti.
