In English, in 2022 Ad Hoc Fiction published All Their Favourite Stories, a novella in flash that was commended in the 2022 Bath Novella in Flash Award and longlisted in the 2022 Reflex Press Award. Other stories have been published by Mslexia, Fractured Lit, Ellipsis Zine, Spelk, Ghost Parachute, Bending Genres, Necessary Fiction and others.
In Italian she has published Mani buone per impastare, Blonk, 2014, an award winning collection of short stories and three mystery novelettes with Spanish publisher Difusiòn - Casa delle Lingue - Il drappo scomparso, Il kimono di Madame Butterfly and Barocco Siciliano as well as Un fine settimana a Roma e Un fine settimana a Firenze.
She has contributed articles on wine and tourism to numerous publications in Italy and abroad. In 2010 she published her first book, a creative non-fiction guide to Rome's winebars - Il vino a Roma for Castelvecchi Editore. In 2011, after travelling across the most important wine counties in Italy, she published her second, creative non-fiction book, Il vino in Italia, Castelvecchi Editore, praised by Corriere della Sera as a "novel on wine". In 2014 she published a bestselling wine marketing handbook titled Marketing del vino, LSWR (the third edition of which appeared in 2021). In 2015 she published Marketing del gusto, LSWR, with co-author Luciana Squadrilli (second edition in 2022), followed by Marketing dei prodotti enogastronomici all'estero, with Squadrilli and Lauretti.
