This book offers a lot of help in comprising a well-thought survey. Then, it goes further and teaches how to ask questions in a way that will lead to easily gathering data. Using this strategy will allow the survey to gauge the strength of opinion of the surveyed person. It also attempts to teach how to sway people's opinions. This is more of a common sense area, but a worthwhile addition to the book.
