It’s okay I guess, but it’s definitely more about psychoanalysis than buddhism.

Well, this book did have a lot of useful, practical information about implementing mindfulness techniques with clients. The problem was that it also had way too much theoretical stuff that is sort of interesting, but definitely over my head. Brazier also chose to keep sanskrit terms instead of creating her own translations. While I respect this choice, it does make the work less accessible to people (like me) who don't really want to spend a whole lot of time learning words in sanskrit.
