In 1999, a review bunch on veterinary general wellbeing (VPH), met mutually by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and the Office International des Epizooties (OIE), and including 28 specialists from eighteen nations, characterized veterinary general wellbeing as "The commitment to the total physical, mental, and social prosperity of people through an agreement and utilization of veterinary clinical science."

Carl Williams was born and raised in London, United Kingdom. Carl has always felt a special bond with his children, in fact, they are the reason he began exploring a career in writing. Not only is he able to learn and teach himself, he now has the resources and talents to advise other parents in this ever-changing crazy world. His true passion for writing stems from his children and the lack of representation of them in books and also to reach out and educate parents.
