This empowering book illustrates how to achieve a positive classroom environment of respect and responsibility for all using techniques that include prevention, temporary intervention, and problem-solving strategies.
A helpful text, though I didn't enjoy reading it as I did Conscious Classroom Management. Some of the examples in the book are more appropriate for elementary teachers than high school, so I suppose I found it less relevant. I did like how this book was clearly organized around the "Four P's" and a lot of the chapters proceeded logically from previous chapters.
