This is a reference guide for planning, budgeting, resources, storage and tips for costumes. Definitely something to sit down with a notepad and study it. It's good to have a guide on how-to, particularly if you're new to planning a production. Also, if you want to plan a costume for a convention and possible competition, this should be on your reference list.
