The Hayashi Reiki Traditional Japanese Healing Techniques from the Founder of the Western Reiki System The manual consists of the story of Dr. Hayashi, newly researched and sensationally illustrated with previously unpublished archive photos, main exercises of the Hayashi Reiki system which also includes techniques never taught in the West before, specific documents such as the original certificates of Dr. Hayashi, the main technique of "circulation" and a colorful sequence of photos.
A great book that should appear on a bookshelve of every Reiki practitioner, it gives a lot of historical data about Hayashi and Reiki during his time. Yet the theoretical (historical) part is small, the larger part of the book is filled with practical tips and illustrations that can improve your Reiki practice. It's a must read for every Reiki practitioner.
A brief introduction (read in preparation for a course I’m taking) perhaps aimed at reiki enthusiasts and not those at the start of their understanding of reiki. The images and descriptions are very helpful for practical application. I would have liked to have seen some evidence-based benefits rather than anecdotal case studies without citations.
A too much shorten book to be read by a healthcare professional recently attuned to reiki. Joke indeed but a good must have to those who want to "learn by the pros"
Sadly it's shorten but its a "you need it while traveling" book as well as dr Usui handbook.
