"Five stars!" - small puzzle-solving audience.
I would give it a 4, myself, but the hoardes have spoken. And that's because of how utterly preposterous the plot is (not the kids getting to travel the entire world in the space of an afternoon in a submersible with some random chick in a lab coat, but the stone statue of Neptune being scattered in pieces throughout the 7 Seas. C'mon, teach kids about motive, too!).
Very good for underwater marine biology and geology purposes (think Octonauts-level accuracy). Richly drawn pictures, various habitats, underwater archaeology and even petrochemical mining (under an oil rig). Tech both a bit dated and also far-fetched, but no one seemed to mind.
