This book should be canonical. It's the most complete resource I've seen on how to correct for a multitude of body differences. Highly recommended.

My best fitting book, the book is printed in black and white and I find it sometimes difficult to understand the alterations we have to make. It’s an old edition and I’ve read that now you have a red colour which help understand.
