Rate this book
Megan was convinced she could have it all: a husband, children, and an exciting writing career. But that was before her marriage to photographer Case Ballantine shattered along with her hopes.

Now, two years later, the husband she still longed for was her partner on a Caribbean fashion shoot. But their separation had left Case vulnerable and proud. Megan had learned the hard way that having it all takes courage--and a fierce devotion to priorities. Now she had to convince Case that he would always be first in her heart.

The book started really well. But then it plummeted.

They are married. He left the family house two years before the book starts because he was angry that she got a job. He wanted her to stay home with their two children.

What disappointed me, was that he cheated on her during the two years that they were separated. The only reason he didn’t have intercourse with the other women, was because he couldn’t perform.

He says he wanted to have sex with other women because he was angry at her. 🙄

There were other things that I didn’t like. So therefore only two stars.

This dragged on too long and was too silly. Two years separation because neither of them could see the other's POV and couldn't figure out a way to compromise. Also, this H could act like a real baby at times, and any fool could figure out the real reason he was afraid he couldn't get it up. Viagra placebos??? No, just guilt because he and the h were separated for two years, and while she didn't date (concentrated on her new career and the kids), he wanted to get back at the h by sleeping with other women, but his guilt prevented him from finishing what he started, since they were still married, and he still loved her. So, he and his other women were left frustrated.

Both, in their own way, were jealous of each other's careers, and they each end up with no careers at all, figure that one out!

Too SILLY!
