A fascinating look inside the preparation of the cars and the making of the movie scenes featured in the 2001 box office hit The Fast and the Furious and in the 2003 summer release sequel The Fast and the Furious 2. Officially authorized by Universal Studios, this book draws on the experience of Eddie Paul in acquiring, constructing and modifying the cars for both movies. This book, with 300 color illustrations, reveals how the automotive stunts were choreographed, performed and filmed. This is a true insider's guide to the exciting world of fast cars, thrilling stunts, and motion-picture production.
this is a good book because it always had me in. its about a guy named brian and he is an illegal street racer and he is the top out there and he has to race one of his good friends for pinks. so they make a money deal ahead of time dom give brian eighty thoughsand dollors for his car but brian back fires he wins the race and keeps 2 cars and the money but no0w everyone is on his case. so he goes to be a police officer he busts all the drivers makes a fortune and lives his life. then he is getting chased by the cops hes goin like 210 in a stock car subaru w159 and he flys on this ramp lands on the boat kills the guy he needed to kill and lives his life. i can connect this book to my life because once i was in a stock car at5 a car show and it was my uncles car and he tok me on the highway with my 2 cousins and we went about 170 and his car can do 205 this book is great i give it a 5 because it never got me bored i always had the book in my hand no matter where i was. after you read the book you should definetly watch the movie because the movie fills in th ewmissing parts.
Great documentation of mid 2000 car tuning in the movie world. When Neon... really was neon... not LEDs and intake manifold pressure could make floorpans blowup.
