The author left school with no qualifications (with a French mother - he sat his French exam, answering very quickly - he then generously decided to pass his answer paper round - and got disqualified. Maths - he got a bit stuck, and nudged the guy in front - who initially ignored him .... find out what happened next early in the book). The author has gone on to develop a VERY SUCCESSFUL property business and shares some lessons - very applicable to life even if you're not interested in property.”
