This book really helped with my insomnia and the issue about boys and weight..however it was a bit confusing. But it really helped to have other teens' stories told..just like us!

Just getting me to read a nonfiction book all on my own garners this book a high rating. I especially liked that the book was centered around real teen stories. It really makes me feel heard. The book talks about important subjects like body image, panic attacks, depression, sex, drugs, parents divorcing, sexuality, etc. in an easy to read way. And at the end their are recommendations for even more resources on each subject. Would recommend for all teen girls.
