This book is a waste of money. Not only does the author know very little about the subject matter, but his presentation is mind-numbingly inane. Interspersed with the technical jargon are spurious statements like: "Life is good." This was, hands-down, the worst technical book that I have ever purchased and I am amazed that the publisher did little - or no - proofreading before printing this garbage.
