This was a required textbook/workbook I needed for a college remedial/refresher course. It has an easy to use format with practical exercises. It covers expanding the vocabulary; sentence basics and development; how to avoid common sentence problems; how to avoid common paragraph problems; the basics of creating essays; as well as ESL guide for nonnative speakers.

I still use it here or there for reference and find it an easy to use, easy to read book.

This is a workbook I'm reviewing for teaching EWRT 200. I'll let you know what I think once I check it out some more.
