I love helping people improve their lives.
My published books are "Overcoming the Emotional Challenges of Lymphedema", "Living Well with Lymphedema", "Lymphedema Caregiver's Guide", and "Voices of Lymphedema."
Currently I am co-authoring a book on overcoming anxiety and panic attacks.
As a psychologist I treat panic and anxiety attacks, fears, and anxieties such as fear of flying, public speaking anxiety, test anxiety, performance anxiety, and others.
I also teach self-hypnosis for labor and delivery, and for stress management.
In addition, I write and talk about increasing happiness, improving your quality of life, preventing burnout, keys to successful change, and using positive psychology to improve your work and your life.
