Lots of pictures, but the angles make it difficult to see what they're doing. The previous reviewer didn't seem to have the same problem, so I can only assume it's more help if you already have experience with the poses.

Brilliant intro in words & unusually clear photos. No jargon or catch phrases. Simple and subtle tips. Wish it had been available when I was trying to puzzle some of this out in flow classes!
