Jeffrey has worked as a teacher, counselor, therapist, and consultant in a variety of settings including a preschool, primary and secondary school, university, mental health center, crisis center, and corporate settings.

I read the book through, but most of it turned out to be about therapeutic groups--not my area. I did like the chapter at the end that discussed applying the same leadership skills to business meetings. (I have an older edition than the one shown here.)
