The pop up element provides an extra layer of interest for young readers. Otherwise, the text and photos are fairly standard and there’s no bibliography.

Informational picture book about animal homes. The text has many photos and descriptions of various animal homes. Wasps, termites, birds, and worms are just a few examples of the animal homes Taylor goes over in this book. I would categorize this book under Information. In the classroom, this book would be great for K-5. The book has great information for students and pictures to go with as well.
