Soviet Union Leader, Green Cross International Leader, Writer Mikhail Gorbachev's "Glasnost" was published in Gorbachev's Soviet Union Presidency, and Gorbachev was the General Secretary of Soviet Communist Party in those years. "Glasnost" was one of Gorbachev's "reform suggestions" in Soviet governing and social system, "a program" for "democracy and freedom". Gorbachev suggests to Soviet Communist Party and High Soviet (Soviet Parliament) to discuss and practise "Glasnost program" with "Perestroika program".
