Quite a useful little book! Its merit is in its value, for me, in passing these famous quotes on geezerhood to your 'Long in the Tooth" senior friends.

And, though I don't know about you, my email amigos are fellow Boomers!

Folks who grew up in the Fifties and Sixties. A time when what you saw was what you got!

You could be a Gen-X-er and still like it, especially after you see some of the wisdom in the saying The Last shall be the First. For that's the way us seniors see it. What's your rush, Junior? Slow Down and Smell the Roses.

The ones who enjoy the Little Things of Life - that's us old fogies - figure if you lean on your horn long enough while trying to pass us, you're an endangered species!

We just wait for your name to appear in next year's Darwin List.

But seriously, you slow down - and what happens? You start to live your life. Your hypertension and migraines can be a thing of the past!

Oh, and another thing - chances are these sayings will be comically treated in Pinterest - so you can pass em on to your contented Grand Parents.

And if they don't thank you they should.

After all, they know well enough by now their life is meant to be LIVED!

So smell those roses while you still can, kids...

The Grim Reaper never dodders.

Except for such useless dodos as me who long to escape this modern Life in the Fast Lane.

Good ones

Many great quotes on getting older. I figure. Like a fine wine, age intensifies into the future. Cute book! Quick read. Enjoy

This was one of those mini hardcover books I adore. I have a cute tiny shelf full and love to pick them up and glance through for a quick read. They also make fantastic gifts.

Old Age is not for Sissies made me smile and some entries made me stop and consider.
There are some entries which make for great conversation starters.
