This is a fun book featuring Grover and Elmo, popular Sesame Street characters. In this book, Grover and Elmo are waiters in a restaurant, with a message to eat healthy food because it is fuel for your body to grow and go. They tell kids to choose different food groups which they split off into colors: red, white, green, blue and yellow. Little children are learning their colors and might enjoy thinking of all the different color foods they eat. There is some humor in a cranky customer who just wants to enjoy his meal in peace.
