I never expect much from books aimed at business people; this wasn't bad, it was just extremely basic. Even something so basic could have contained a bit more insight, though. The discussion of how to run meetings without wasting people's time was good.

This is a fun book to read, unusual in P.M. texts. It is an introductory-level book. Nothing wrong with that, for the right audience.
