Thankfully the author is a friend of a friend who is an expert in allergies, so I have a good resource here! Am about to start perusing, but I've already been warned of a to-die-for chocolate cake AND risotto!

The recipes are rather simple and plain but the cookbook offers good recipes for those avoiding wheat, soy, egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.

This book may be good for some people, but I avoid corn syrup and some other ingredients that they use in this book, it's not what I thought it was.
