Interesting little book, but like so many of these compiled case histories, if you're reading to find information on a particular kind of stroke, you'll have to pick through the chapters to find anything relevant. I know this is nitpicky, but I would have had different expectations (and maybe a little less disappointment) if the author had omitted the subtitle.

I do not know why this book got 4 stars on amazon reviews. I was looking for something to help me as a caregiver and this book did not have that. It's just a collection of different stroke stories and then afterward, it goes on to talk about the signs/symptoms, causes...well I already learned all that on the Internet.
