How Cohesive is your Company?: A Leadership Parable - Top-notch business performance is impossible until you cohesively align mission, vision, goals, strategy, execution & culture
CEOs can achieve sustained success only when they drive -- Clarity & Cohesion. This leadership parable is about a CEO, Trent Wertheimer, who wishes to take his company to the next level. However, the harder he pushes himself and the organization, the deeper he digs himself into a hole. It is the journey of how he struggles to transform the business and, in the process, struggles with the transformation of his own personality -- an eye-opening experience for him. Success in leadership often requires difficult personal transformations. It separates great leaders from pretenders. Kathuria tells an intense, fast-moving and realistic story from the perspective of the CEO as if there is a camera on his shoulders. You feel you are in the CEO's shoes, experiencing his triumphs and tribulations. Many CEOs who have read this book have shared confidentially, "I am Trent! I have made the same mistakes as him." Many people have been amazed by how the characters in the parable closely resemble their colleagues and their mindset. One reader commented, "It felt like you had a camera in my company." Read to see if the characters match your colleagues. While you will find many books on strategy and execution, you will find few that connect them together as masterfully as this book does. This book offers you a highly acclaimed business management method to cohesively connect every strategic aspect of your business. You will appreciate the method's simplicity and succinctness. It will help you drive clarity and cohesion. Implementing the method can transform and energize your company in ways that will surprise you. Gain one of your biggest competitive advantages -- Become a Cohesive Company! (TM)

Perfect book, parable, in that you get to watch someone else's struggles and successes from a very safe place, and learn from someone else's failures, lessons, and wise counsel in bringing your team together horizontally, and vertically. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with company dysfunction. Fast read.

Great book. It’s not just a theory book, but it goes there in a very interesting way, putting you in the eyes of the CEO, and looking for all the company transformation in the 1ª person. Its a good way to watch the stress situations caused for a disfuncional company, and some of the dificulties of the transformation process.
