Ages 7 and up. This school kid tries to talk his way out of bath by using every trick in the book. A humorous, universal childhood experience featuring a Black child as the protagonist.

A great book my son read to me and did his homework on. Shows of familiar situations of a child not wanting to take a bath and playing tricks on Mom so he won't have to. In the end the boy gives in and truly enjoys. Very sweet story.
