Umptysquatch 8 Design Report
The design report of Umptysquatch-8, a single person non-propeller submarine. This was built by 21 high school students of Sussex County Technical School in Sparta, NJ. It was a 9 month project which began with conceptualizing and planning of the sub, which led to the manufacture and assembly of the whole thing. It will be raced in Bethesda, Maryland in the 14th International Submarine Races.
