Beautiful cover
The story was okay; the authors writing gave off a less polished atmosphere, which made my reading experience not so gentle. Hopefully, her writing will grow over time. I did not connect with the story or the characters. Give the story a try and see what you think.

Dr. Christopher Hartwell lost his father and he blamed Dr. Emerson Sims, one of his father's doctors. They have a love-hate relationship, they are both attracted to each other but they have to let their pasts go in order to move on with their future. Their past is not ready to let go. I enjoyed this story and I loved the twists in this story. Another great book in the Doctors of Eastport General series.

This is a very fast past paced romance for those who need a break from the stress of everyday living. Doctor Change of Heart and Emerson are emotionally bound together but fighting the end result. Take a bit of time to peek into their world and enjoy the HEA.

Communication and trust
Both Christopher and Emerson were caring guilt for his father's death. Once they got past that and started to build a relationship they had realize anything good is worth fighting for.

Not the best
The story was okay, but the lack of description in the storyline made it difficult to follow. The plot lacked as well and it doesn't seem like a good story overall. The series of "The Doctors of Eastport General" is not helped by this story...

Change of Heart
The book was a slow burn, but at the end, it felt very rushed. All of sudden they were back together and getting married. Did Chris leave the hospital or what?

Love the story from beginning to end. It was a great story of a love lost, but getting that some love back again, because it was meant to be. Great Read! ReneeG.
