Amazing collection of engravings by an unidentified late Medieval/early Renaissance Dutch artist. The artist, who went by both of the titular aliases, is one of the best dry-point engravers in history, and this volume does a great job of contrasting the artists work to that of Durer and others who came after. A gorgeous collection with interesting scholarship and first rate reproductions, the book goes so far as to include multiple versions of the same print when no single pristine version can be found. A rare treasure, and one I'll have to upload images from ASAP.
Full disclosure: ASAP usually means "in a really long time, if ever." I'll try to be better this time!
