This seems like a very cool way to mark and learn scriptures, but I think you'd have to keep a key in your Book of Mormon to remind you what color means what. Eventually I think it would become automatic though. I might try this. I like that you don't color the whole scripture...
Aside from the marking technique it has some good insights about why scripture study is so important.
