This book was a defiantly different than what I was expecting. From the title I though "umm...why would we need to survive our blessings, they are the good things that happen." After reading the book I understand the point of the title now. This book helps us to take a different look at what we think is a trials and really makes us look at why in the end they really are a blessing. Hopefully I can take from this book to look at the trials in life as the blessing I need. Maybe I won't understand it at the time they are happening but sometime in the future I will be able to look back and see how I actually was able to "survive my blessings."

This was a funny, light-hearted book. It made me tear up and laugh out loud. I loved the author's sense of humor and how she says things like they are.
