This guide is almost perfect! Not only for who decides and has time to take the House buying/selling in his own hands, but even for all the people that maybe do not have the time to do it themselves, but want to be sure that who ever is hired to do it for them is doing his/her job properly. It gives you all the details you need in the UK even if, like me, you come from abroad and are at your very first experience with Houses in England. I would have appreciated to have a small idea of a few more things (for example on how usually the prices are for some works you may need to do in a home if it is not in perfect condition and if you can have some done from the vendor etc), but all together probably one of the best guides around!
