***PART 1***
The introduction was good, but it repeats itself a little bit.
I hate it when it's written "a recent study showed [...]" without citing the study, which happens a couple of times.
***PART 2***
Some sources are still missing. But the information is very concise, straight to the point, and still well explain!
I don't like when David A. Kekich says things like "you should eat less X" because how does he know how much X I eat? (he doesn't) So there's some part I would have prefer written differently.
