When you can't follow the chazzan sentence for sentence anymore on Yom Kippur, and you're done catching up on your daf yomi, and you've done so much of nach yomi that you're head will explode, and you need something in English that won't invite the prying scrutiny of your fellow congregants, this fits the bill quite nicely. Light, breezy, positive, introspective and energetically written.
