I disagree with the basic premise of this book. Silverthorn basically tells you how to run up huge balances on your credit cards and then how to use the law to your advantage and avoid paying your bills entirely. While technically legal, it's completely dishonest and poor behaviour. If you can pay your bills, you should. If you can't then you are insolvent and should commence bankruptcy proceedings. Silver thorn seems to think there is a middle ground where you can simply hide from your creditors until the statute of limitations runs out and walk away scot free. I think that's reprehensible to say the least.
