This was an excellent read required for a Business English course at my university. I greatly enjoyed the wisdom and the format of the book, which, unlike traditional books, breaks down key knowledge and wisdom into four to six-page chapters. I really love the letter format because it explains the problems faced in business, the reasoning behind why, the solution, and then further explanation on why the solution matters. I have never heard of the author, and I can tell he is incredibly obscure, but that doesn't distract from the lessons and wealth of knowledge given. I will continue to reference this book because of its simple and quick stories that teach very important lessons whenever I have difficulty in the business world.
