Although some of these activities are not classroom friendly, overall this book provides some great simple brain break activities.

Some activities aren’t practical for my classroom. I can’t tell my kids to take off their shoes in the middle of the day. I also don’t have mats to have them do some of the movements. I will try a couple of them in the classroom.

Great stretching activities and ideas to give kids a break in the classroom or during a stroy time or library program. The book shows pictures and gives variations on how to do the stretch or breathing technique. Great resource!
