This is clearly a prehistoric book. For one it's very outdated, then it use tools that doesn't fits the goal. All topics covered are now gone by more than one generation of tools. Back in time, at the beginning of the Internet, we were happy to try all this kind of stuffs, but even then this book wasn't the best one by far.
