The eighth book (and final?) in the Melvin Beederman Superhero series. This hilarious children's book takes us into outer space with teenage aliens who had a hard time choosing humans to kidnap. It's a big challenge for Melvin and his friends, and glass from planet Dork is unbreakable. Will they be able to escape and return to Earth?

My seven year old son really enjoyed this series. We both like that Melvin's strength is noggin power.

I haven't read any other Marvin Beedleman superhero books, but this one is great! Perfect for elementary school kids and as parent/teacher/guardian read-a-louds. Basic plot: as a school science assignment, aliens have been sent to Earth to kidnap humans and run experiments. Unfortunately for them, they decide to kidnap superheros! Breaks the 4th wall, with hilarious references to the narrator. Super fun.

Super silly adventures of a quartet of boy and girl superheroes. Full of funny intrusive narrator asides. (Melvin Beederman series; grade 2 -5)

This is the 8th book in the series.
(didn't know it was a series)

It was a funny read. The way the narrator and the characters interacted was hilarious.
We read two to three chapters a night.
