I have a copy of Bishop s book and I regard it as one of the best in its field. He is one of the most respected authors in the field of military history. I am also one of the lucky ones who have three other books authored by him and they are all very good, especially his Encyclopedia of 20th century Air Warfare, Encyclopedia of the Weapons of WWII, Encyclopedia of Sea Warfare, among others.
