This is a very quick read from which I learnt about hydrotherapies which I'd never heard of before. It also contains information about the history of water as a healing agent, and outlines both a four-week and a weekend rehydration program. This program involves drinking 8 glasses of water throughout the day, eating raw rehydrating fruits and vegetables, incorporating a yoga and exercise regime into your life, and hydrotherapies you can do by yourself at home. Definitely an excellent op shop purchase, it only cost me $3.50!
